“Awesomeness Fest has impacted my life in a number of ways.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, a lot of my time is spent working with clients and in a setting where I’m making recordings. So I lack the interaction with like-minded people, in many cases because of my busy professional schedule. Awesomeness Fest has got me out of that shell, out of that bubble, and into a much bigger world.

I made a lot of wonderful connections socially and personally at Awesomeness Fest. This is my third one.

It’s different at Awesomeness Fest. I’ve made some business connections and it’s unusual because you think, when you’re in collage, that maybe business deals are made in a ballroom with a suit and tie and a briefcase.

Here they are made in flip-flops and shorts, sitting and watching the beautiful sunset. The business relationships, and also the personal relationships, are so much deeper because people are relaxed. They have time to get to know each other over a number of days and so you get so much more out of the connections.

Awesomeness Fest helped me open up emotionally. I’m so often caught up with helping people fix their lives, change their lives, work on their challenges, that I get very little time to work on myself.

Awesomeness Fest is a great safe place where you can share. Last night a group of us we were outside by the pool just opening up and sharing things that nobody knew about us. These were things that we felt safe sharing, to get resolution, closure, or perhaps to get some support. So it’s like that and it’s just amazing.

I go to masterminds events a lot. I go to conferences a lot, and what sets Awesomeness Fest apart is just the openness. Right now we are in Mexico, on the water, on a Catamaran. At my last meeting I was in New York in a ballroom. And a lot of meetings are like that, or in a hotel with a fluorescent lightening and that’s as good as it gets.

Here most of the interactions happen in a very comfortable setting, just like this one. Or you’re on the water, or on the beach and that’s always true of Awesomeness Fest.

No matter where it is, it’s always awesome. It’s always something unique and it’s always in a relaxed environment were you can open up, share and feel peaceful.”
